He has led development at NZX-listed Fletcher Living, served as Executive Director at Qiddiya City — a giga-scale sovereign program supported by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund — and directed national housing platform development at ROSHN, also backed by PIF, across a portfolio of 25 million sqm.
